Daisies by Adam Young is a vibrant celebration of a Newfoundland summer at its fullest. Standing tall and narrow, the painting draws the eye upward from a dense bed of white daisies and small blue blossoms, through a leaning picket fence, to a row of saltbox homes in red, deep blue and violet beneath a broad, restless sky. Young's bold colour palette and expressive brushwork give every petal weight and movement, while the rich, saturated tones of the garden press forward against the cool grey-blue clouds gathering overhead.

There is something wonderfully unruly about it: the flowers crowding the fence, the houses holding their ground, the weather never far off. This original acrylic is a tribute to the outport spirit of Atlantic Canada's north east coast, and a captivating addition to any home or collection.

Policy for the Return

Don’t love your new artwork? If the artwork doesn’t satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
