In Solid, Adam Young conjures a fantastical maritime scene that juxtaposes the calm beauty of a coastal village with the mysterious power of the ocean depths. Above the water, brightly colored houses sit clustered on rugged rocks, their vibrant reds, yellows, and greens standing out against a backdrop of billowing clouds and serene blue skies. Below the surface, however, a massive, ghostly octopus looms in the deep, its sprawling tentacles subtly entwined with the rocks that support the village above.

Young masterfully uses this split composition to evoke both tranquility and tension. The whimsical charm of the brightly painted homes contrasts with the immense, shadowy form of the octopus, symbolizing the hidden forces of nature that lie beneath the surface. The fluid blues of the ocean blend seamlessly with the creature, creating a sense of unity between the natural world and the human structures perched atop it.

Policy for the Return

Don’t love your new artwork? If the artwork doesn’t satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days of I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
